I called Cleave's Plumbing and Heating on Wednesday evening after one of our clients heating went off, less than an hour later Dale was on site in the attic trying to fix the issue. sadly the boiler was beyond repair. the following evening Dale returned complete with a new boiler and installed it to get heat back in our clients home! a 5* service with fantastic customer care. on behalf of us at Hands on Hand and our client , a massive thank you. would highly recommend.

We urgently needed a boiler replaced and Dale was an absolute star. Within 24 hours the boiler was installed and my elderly relative was warm and comfortable again. Very much appreciated the speed of response. Thank you!

Really good service. Very knowledgeable. A minor issue over not getting back in touch after initial call but once they were at the house and the job started they were great - professional and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. They clearly know their stuff. Friendly too. Will definitely recommend them and use them again. Sensible pricing too.

We used Dale on recommendation from a neighbour and he did a great job installing a replacement boiler plus sorting the thermostat complexities of our existing radiators and underfloor heating. We also appreciated that he checked back with us a few days later that we were completely happy with the work and if we had any more questions before he sent us his bill :)

It’s not often I would review anything but without any hesitation I would simply like to say a huge thanks to Dale and team for a superb, professional job in not only replacing our old boiler but removing and relocating the pipes to accommodate a new downstairs toilet .
Throughout the whole process his assured manner made a potential stressful situation extremely calm . He explained what was happening at all times and delivered a fantastic job with all the mess cleared away and a job well done . I would highly recommend Dale and his company to anyone in a similar position . He completed all the paperwork to register the boiler for the guarantee and calmly talked us through the workings etc . A top job .
